Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Diito Inc. about your use of this website, and by using the site you accept them. They cover this website only: the agreement for a Diito account is a separate document, presented and separately agreed before you can open one. Our privacy policy explains what we do with information and is part of these terms.

1Diito is not open yet

This site describes a product that is being built, and you cannot use Diito today. What it describes is our current intent rather than a promise: features, limits, pricing, and timing can change, and we do not commit to a launch date here.

2The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does one thing: it lets us email you when Diito opens. It does not open or reserve an account, hold a place in a queue, or entitle you to any price or feature.

Please submit only an email address you control. We may decline or remove any submission, and we may close the waitlist, at any time. You can leave by emailing hello@diito.it.

3Nothing here is advice

Everything on this site is information about a product. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal.

4Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote it, share it, join the waitlist: none of that needs our permission. What we ask you not to do: interfere with the site or its systems, misuse the waitlist form (including with automated submissions), attempt to obtain data the site does not offer you, or misrepresent yourself as Diito or use the site to break the law.

Security research is welcome. Testing this site in good faith, without harming anyone else's experience or accessing another person's data, and reported to hello@diito.it rather than published or exploited, is authorized.

5Our content and marks

The text, design, images, and code of this site belong to Diito Inc. or to the people we license them from. “Diito”, the wordmark, and the mirrored letterforms are our marks.

You may quote from the site with attribution and link to any page without asking. You may not copy a substantial part of it, present our material as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest a connection that does not exist. Where this site links to another company, that site is theirs: we do not control it and are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement.

6Availability, warranties, and liability

The site is provided as it is, with no warranty that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Diito Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim connected with this site is zero, the honest figure for a site that sells nothing, takes no payment, and holds nothing of yours but an email address you can have deleted by asking. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.

If your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, or protections that cannot be contracted away, this section does not take them from you. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

8Changes and how to reach us

We may change these terms. We publish any new version here and change the date at the top, and it applies from then on. We do not email you about a change to this page, since the site asks nothing of you but a visit; we do email you about a change to the privacy policy that affects an address we already hold.
